Directions for vaginal dryness crèmes, oils, and vaginal massagers

How to use our Oils and Vibrators together ...

The Vaginal Dryness Oil is the consistency of olive oil, so take a q-tip or other cotton swab and dunk it in the bottle until the swab is fulI. Swish the oil around and in the opening of your vaginal canal. Then, I use the massagers to make sure the oils and cremes (Yoni Creme, our organic personal lubricant is great) are distributed evenly; I also use them to prove to myself that I actually still "work," which is not only fun but a great relief. The Petite Pink has three speeds. Without turning it on first, gently put the tip of the massager on your vagina so you can feel what it feels like. Then, turn it on and try out the different speeds, around your vagina, in your vagina and around and on your clitoris, to make sure the oil is spread evenly. You may find that one speed works better than another for your personal needs. If you have not had vaginal intercourse for awhile be very gentle if you insert the massager into your vagina, as your tissue may be thin and/or brittle and not able to stretch comfortably. Should you find that it is uncomfortable, try a little at a time. Each day, try a little more until it is no longer uncomfortable. It's true that if you don't use it, you lose it. :-) You will find it easier to relax after you use this a couple of times.

How to use the Kegel Exerciser ...

With the kegel, you may find the vaginal dryness oil helpful (if you are experiencing dryness) for inserting the exerciser without discomfort. Lie on your back in a comfortable position. Insert the cleansed exerciser into your vagina and squeeze the muscles in your vagina, not your bum, together around it and hold it for as long as you can. A basic way to start is to do ten repetitions of this contracting and then relaxing exercise. Challenge yourself to hold longer and release or to do more repetitions. After a week of doing these exercises daily, you should notice a difference. After a month, so should be very happy with the results (and good for you for sticking to it!). For you A types, try not to strain your muscles; the purpose is to strengthen your muscles - though you could obtain a "buff" vagina if you wanted.
